Strongman

Think about this as a circuit training session that partners you up with another person whereby you both workout at your respective strength in turns. Each week has a new theme, and every Strongman class designed differently. Expect to lose body fat, increase your fitness level, and see measurable strength gains from session to session. Suitable for beginners through to the advanced, this is a great workout for both guys and gals.
