STUDIO SPIN is a form of exercise that involves using a stationary bike in a classroom/one on one setting.

Participants set goals based on their H/R's and fitness levels. Each person in the class can choose his/her own goals, or assessed by instructor for the session.

By changing the cadence (the speed at which the cranks turn) i.e. faster against high resistance expends more energy = fat burn than slowly against low resistance = waste of time!!

An instructor challenges the class to ride different routines that will take the participant through varied training zones that will stimulate the physiology/mental awareness of the human body, burn fat, create weight loss (at least 600kcals) and strengthen cardiovascular output.

BZ BEGINNERS SPIN  focuses on teaching techniques that are used in Spin Classes.
