BZ CIRCUIT TRAINING

This class is a combination of cardiovascular and muscular strength/endurance training designed for the time conscious individual who wants to get the most out of their workout!  All levels of fitness.
Duration: 50mins

BZ Circuit will take place in the Aerobics room.

BZ SWISS RESIST 

This class is a total body blast for all ages and exercise levels. You choose your intensity to tone, trim and shape the body, while gaining core strength using a range of exercises that target the major muscle groups on a Swiss ball along with your own body weight. Total body workout, Resistance, core strengthening, low, moderate, high intensity.

BZ YOGA/MATWORK PILATES

A floor class of strength & flexibility based exercises, which will give you that "Powerhouse" core centre for everyday balance and performance. This class will improve posture, flexibility, relieve stress, reduce aches & pains and create a general feeling of Wellbeing.

BZ STRETCH & PILATES

A specialized class designed to challenge active people every week. This 1hr class includes stretching & core strength together but done in an easy format which everyone can follow. This class will help with recovery, enhance your performance, improve flexibility & strength, challenge your balance and Central nervous system, decrease your risk of injury and create a feeling of well being.  All levels of fitness.

BZ PUMP & TONE

This weight class to music uses barbells and dumbbells to target all major muscle groups. Designed to increase strength and tone up! All levels of fitness.

BZ RUN

This is a cardiovascular class using a combination of high & low intensity workouts, for both the novice & competitive runner. The class also incorporates strength, plyometric and skills sessions, to improve overall body functioning and fitness. If you are looking to improve performance or simply wanting to get fit fast then this is the class for you.

BZ SELF DEFENCE

A class designed to increase your safety, boost your confidence and self esteem. Learn effective skills and principles that work in a safe & fun environment. All levels of fitness.
